Y’all know how much I love a 5 ingredient recipe & this one is killllleeeeer! You literally have to chop ONE thing! It takes TWENTY minutes! It’s only ONE pot. Come on. But, it’s still full of flavor & completely satisfying.
This is a great weeknight meal. I just serve it up with a little rice & dinner is done. But it would also be great with quinoa, brown rice, couscous, potatoes, pasta, tacos? How far can we go with this? Maybe the taco idea is a little too far.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 3 large garlic cloves, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 10 oz frozen green beans
- Red pepper flakes for topping – optional
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large skillet cook the turkey until no longer pink over medium high heat – about 5 minutes.
- Lower heat to medium & add sliced garlic cloves & salt. Cook another 2 minutes.
- Add in coconut aminos, sriracha & green beans. Cover & simmer for 10 minutes.
- Top with red pepper flakes for a little extra kick!
