A little indulgent, but still quick & easy enough for a weeknight.
:: in a cast iron skillet on medium high heat I added 2 tablespoons of avocado oil with one sliced red bell pepper & one slice onion.
:: I sautéed the vegetables just until tender — about 3-4 minutes.
:: next I added 2 large chopped garlic cloves, 1 inch chopped fresh ginger & 1 sirloin steak sliced with a heavy pinch of salt.
:: after the steak cooked for 2 minutes, I added in 10 oz of frozen green beans, 1/2 a cup of coconut aminos, 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar & 1 tablespoon of sriracha.
:: after 3 more minutes it was ready to eat! I served over rice with green onions. Yum.
