GOAT CHEESE DIP

This goat cheese dip is life changing. Maybe that’s a bit over the top, maybe not. I personally think it’s amazing, but then again I love goat cheese so there ya go.

This is the dip you need to bring to all your parties, all your holiday get togethers, all of your potlucks. It’s a show stopper.

It’s loaded up with so many delicious ingredients like tons of goat cheese ( duh! ), agave & fresh herbs like rosemary & thyme. Hello!

I love this recipe because it’s basically mix & go. I do it all in a food processor, but you could also blend it with a hand mixer!

I just whip together my goat cheese, softened cream cheese, shredded parmesan cheese, the yummy herbs, agave syrup, olive oil & season with salt & pepper. I also like to add a heaping tablespoon of red pepper flakes for a nice kick.. if spice isn’t your game then you can skip this!

After mixing everything together I put it all in my little cast iron skillet & bake it until it’s all bubbly & brown around the edges. I drizzle it with a little extra olive oil & agave. Oh glory, glory!

Seriously, guys. Bring this to your Easter brunch – lunch – dinner & your people will be so, so happy.

Bon Appetit!
